3. Subscription & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly depending on the plan.

• One-time services (like Website + SEO Combo) are billed at 50% advance and 50% on delivery.

• Payments must be cleared before project delivery or monthly campaign execution.

• All payments are non-refundable once services are initiated.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, images, and content on time.

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws (advertising, data protection, copyright).

• Avoid misuse of our services for illegal or harmful activities.

5. Lead Guarantee & Results

• Lead numbers (50–300+, 200+, etc.) depend on plan selection, industry, and ad budget.

• While results are guaranteed as per package, actual conversions depend on user’s product/service.

6. Intellectual Property

• All creative content (designs, videos, websites) produced under a paid plan remain property of BrandIndia until full payment is cleared.

• After payment, ownership of approved deliverables transfers to the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

BrandIndia is not liable for:

• Business losses due to market conditions, ad platform restrictions, or client-side errors.

• Third-party downtime (Meta, Google, WhatsApp, etc.).

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate services with 7 days’ written notice.

• Pending payments must be cleared before termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
