Refund Policy

At BrandIndia AI Digital Technologies, we strive to deliver high-quality digital services and solutions. Since our work involves time, effort, and intellectual input, we follow a transparent Refund Policy outlined below.


1. Service-Based Refunds

  • Non-Refundable Services: Payments made for services such as Digital Marketing, SEO, Branding, Website/App Development, and AI Tools are non-refundable once the project has started.

  • Advance Payments: Any advance or booking amount paid is non-refundable, as it secures project resources.


2. Project Cancellation

  • If a client cancels the project before work begins, a refund may be considered after deducting administrative/processing charges.

  • Once work has started, no refunds will be issued for partial completion.


3. Digital Products & Subscriptions

  • Purchases of digital products, SaaS subscriptions, or AI tools are non-refundable.

  • For recurring subscriptions, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.


4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be granted only under special circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake.

  • Service not delivered at all due to BrandIndia’s fault.

In such cases, clients must raise a written request within 7 working days of payment.


5. Processing of Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original mode of payment.

  • Any applicable bank or payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

 


6. No Guarantee of Results

  • Our services (SEO, marketing campaigns, branding, etc.) depend on external factors like competition, algorithms, and market behavior. Hence, results are not guaranteed, and no refunds will be provided based on performance expectations.
